Special Education (SPED)

The Special Education program is an integral part of the Counseling department.  Its missions is to provide a comprehensive, developmental counseling program designed to promote the formation of productive and responsible citizens by assisting all students to develop academic, career, and personal/social competencies. To add this mission in conjunction with the IB mission, we create, not only a productive and responsible citizen, but a global citizen.  The philosophical idea of the Counseling department becomes far reaching in its efforts to form students into well-educated and well-rounded citizens.
